Dietary Requirements 
Please let us know in the comment box if you have any dietary requirements or special requests.

Table reservations 
After making an online reservation, you instantly receive a confirmation e-mail with a confirmation number. Tables are selected automatically and we cannot guarantee a particular table.

Deposit Policy 
For reservations of 3 people or more, we require a £5 deposit per person. If the payment is not provided within 1 hour, your reservation will be cancelled automatically.

Afternoon Tea Information &amp; Policy 
Our Afternoon Teas are served at 15:00, Monday to Saturday. All our Afternoon Teas are priced at £22 per person and we require a £10 per person deposit to be paid at the time of booking. Afternoon Tea with Bottomless Prosecco is available Monday to Friday and Saturdays (except on selected Saturday's where Afternoon Tea with Bottomless Gin is served).&nbsp; 
Afternoon Teas are not available to book online, please call us on 01793 522152 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) to enquire about our Afternoon Teas and make a reservation.

Group bookings 
Parties of 8 people or more can only be booked by telephone. Please call us on 01793 522152 Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.&nbsp;

Booking cancellation 
Our Cancellation Policy is 48h prior to your reservation date. Cancellations can be made online or by phone. Deposits can only be refunded by phone if the cancellation policy was respected.

Late arrival 
Tables are kept for 15 minutes after reservation time. If you think you will be late, please call us on 01793 522152.
